Product Care & Usage Guide
Daily Use
Leather is a natural material that breathes, just like human skin. Avoid leaving your product in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading and drying. If the leather gets wet, gently remove excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use hair dryers, radiators, or any direct heat sources, as they may damage the leather.
Cleaning
Wipe the leather with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid using chemical detergents, alcohol-based products, or wet wipes, as these can cause cracking, discoloration, and damage to the leather. For deeper stains, use only leather-specific cleaning products.
Conditioning & Protection
Apply a natural leather cream or beeswax-based conditioner every 2–3 months. This helps maintain the leather’s moisture, enhances durability, and improves water resistance. Crazy Horse leather naturally redistributes its oils over time, so avoid excessive use of conditioning products.
Storage
If you do not plan to use your product for an extended period, do not store it in a plastic bag, as leather needs to breathe. Instead, keep it in a cotton dust bag in a cool, dry place. To help maintain its shape, lightly fill the interior with a soft cloth.
